Aerial Drone Mapping
Using the latest drone technology we can create 3D topographical maps, stockpiles, infrastructure, and asset models. We also offer 2D orthomosaics. Think Google Earth but at a much higher resolution.
Aerial Structual Survey
Skip the hassle of hiring traffic management, harness operatives, scaffolding, and cherry pickers. Stratos Drone-Ops offers a less invasive solution so normal day-to-day operations can continue as normal. Some use case scenarios (not limited to):

-
Power Stations
-
Wind Farms
-
Building structures
-
Difficult to access roof areas (buildings and structures due to height and location)
-
Fragile and/or unsafe roofs
-
Construction sites
-
Commercial properties
-
Factories
-
Warehouses
-
Manufacturing plants
-
Schools
-
Colleges
-
Universities
-
Viaducts
-
Bridges
Aerial Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging drones can capture a full thermal survey and provide you with a detailed report of our findings resulting in long-term cost savings for you. (Heat loss & missing insulation)
Cadastral Surveying
Topographical cadastral surveys meeting centimeter-level accuracy requirements.
Improve the efficiency of data collection and processing up to 10 times, acquiring deliverables quickly and shortening project lifecycles.
Gain industry-standard outputs like DOM, DSM, 3D reality models and more.
Agriculture Multispectral Survey
Using the latest multispectral drone technology we can provide you with an in-depth analysis of your forests and farmland. Our drones use a camera with 5 sensors covering Blue, Green, Red, Red Edge, and Near Infrared bands. This allows you to monitor:

-
Crop health and stress
-
Irrigation monitoring
-
Vegetation Index
-
Field Soil analysis

We can then provide you with our findings or we can proceed with the treatment of your field using our spraying drones.
Agricultural Spraying/ Spreading
Farmers across the world have been using drones for years, this is a very new technology to the UK, only being approved by the CAA in January 2023. Spraying from a drone is the future of farming operations. While we are not aiming to replace traditional forms of field treatment (boom spraying), we want to instead assist in the day-to-day running of your farm enabling you to focus on other pressing tasks.
With the farming industry struggling to bring in/ retain talent, we lean more on technology to support our operations. Farmers across the world are using unmanned ground vehicles (UGV). The next step is unmanned aerial vehicles.

Our agriculture drones are capable of covering 21.3 hectares per hour, 4 hectare per hour of orchards and capable of deploying up to 1.5 tonnes of fertilizer per hour.

With these impressive figures, we can see why farmers are starting to use drones across the world. Using agriculture drones is less invasive than traditional deployment methods meaning no damage to your fields and no recovery of tractors that have become stuck in the mud.

Using advanced Active Phased Array Radar systems, our drones are able to access areas typically inaccessible to tractors.

With the information gained in the multispectral survey stage, we apply a spot treatment to fields. This saves you both financially and in time allowing us to focus on problem areas within your field.
Wind Turbine Inspection
Our specialised commercial-grade drones are capable of in-depth inspections. Using powerful sensors we are able to inspect wind turbines from a very safe distance using 54x zoom while still retaining high-quality, high-resolution images.

There are many advantages to using a drone but the main one will always be its safe. Using a drone eliminates the need for harness-trained operatives. Work safe, home safe.
Forestry
Forestry drones can go where humans can’t. In forestry, they’re effective for information gathering, observation, and monitoring tree populations. They are also extremely applicable to reforestation efforts and planting initiatives.
Also capable of drone laser scanning. Get maps, plant population statistics, and soil nutrient information, and identify areas with high and low water stress using laser scanning.
