Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows: - Clients are required to provide a minimum of five (5) days' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. - Cancellations made within the five (5) day's notice period may be subject to a fee of up to 75% of the total service cost (depending on the booked job). - In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as rescheduling or providing credit for future use. - If Stratos Drone-Ops needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative options or provide a full refund. - No-shows without prior notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of any payments made. - Exceptions and amendments to the policy may be made at the discretion of Stratos Drone-Ops.
